Traffic rules
ride on the right side of the street seat belts are required in and outside of cities on all seats equipped maximum speed: 90 km per hour, in cities 50 km per hour, motorways 130 km per hour

Generally on Parking
In Prague, there is lack of parking space. In the streets of the city centre, you must respect these parking zones:

Orange Colour Zone
Only for short time parking, maximum time is 2 hours. Price: 40 Kc per an hour, 15 Kc per 15 minutes (the basic time period). Between 18:00 and 8:00 and on Sundays free of charge.

Green Colour Zone
Medium time parking, maximum time is 6 hours.Price: 30 Kc per an hour, 15 Kc per 30 minutes or 120 Kc per 6 hours. Between 18:00 and 8:00, on Saturdays and Sundays, sometimes only on Sundays, free of charge.

Both zones are equipped with parking automat for 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 Kc coins and with basic help. There is another colour zone, blue, which is only for inhabitans of Prague city centre with valid card.
